The Houston Association of Realtors has posted its annual monthly update of marketing stats for the Houston area.
The average price of homes has declined slightly - which is good news if you are a buyer. Inventory has increased slightly, which means if you are a buyer - you have more to choose from as well.
Nonetheless, the market remains strong in all areas, with percentages across the board not much lower than pre-pandemic levels.
