The Houston Association of Realtors has posted its annual monthly update of marketing stats for the Houston area for August 2023.
Home sales are still on the decline, but the decline of single-family homes has slowed. Inventory has expanded, which is good news for buyers as there are lots more choices than in months past!
Best of all? There are signs that the market is making a comeback! But then - it's always a good time to buy or sell if you are ready to write your next chapter!
